Phoebe's cottage is lovely. The cottage has everything that one may need and is well located to scenic locations, grocery stores and restaurants. We really loved the fact that the beach is a short walk away. It's an ideal location if you want to visit the scenic coastal route

Phoebe was really helpful when we booked and organising when we checked in. The cottage was nice and had everything you needed. The location is right near the beach, which is stunning and in a great location to drive along the coast. We visited Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede bridge, Cuschendun and Belfast. The north coast is definitely worth a visit. Thanks again Phoebe

We had a great time in Ballycastle. Phoebe's cottage was warm and cosy, it had all the equipment we needed for a few days. It is very well located and easy to find. We hope we can visit again N.Ireland and spend a few more days in Garden Cottage. Thank you, we had a very pleasant stay !

Phoebe was a very helpful and accommodating host. We were arriving late in the evening, but Phoebe left very clear and detailed instructions on how to get to the property. In addition Phoebe had left the heating on so that the cottage was not freezing cold and had offered to get some provisions in since the local shop was closed. The cottage was exactly as described and was clean and comfortable and only a short walk from the town. It was exactly what we were after and we would certainly be interested in staying here again on another trip to Northern Ireland.

Phoebe's cottage is a lovely little retreat in a fabulous location, every bit as good as the photos! Phoebe was a very welcoming host, the cottage was very clean and well equipped as well as being in a great spot in walking distance of both Ballycastle town and the beach! An hours drive from the international airport, the location was ideal for our little tour of Co.Antrim-Giants Causeway, Carrick a Rede, Bushmills etc. As is often the case with older properties some of the proportions are a little on the small side (my partner and I are 6"2 and 5"11 respectively) so we did have to 'mind your head' quite a lot but this in no way detracted from an excellent stay in a beautiful corner of the world, if we ever return, which I hope we will, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Phoebe met us at the property and gave us a walk through of all the details. There are also well organized comments books and instructions. The place is a great launching point for touring the region. It's also great to be able to take the short 5 minute walk to the heart of Ballycastle. It's a great little village with multiple good dining options and some cute shops. The house is very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is modern and high functioning. The rest of the house is more of the period and just as you would want it. We very comfortably had 8 people spread across 4 of the bedrooms. It's got large rooms for gathering but also nooks to which you can escape. The bathrooms and fixtures all functioned very well. The wi-fi was among the best we've ever had. Easy to use and high speed. We were all delighted with the property and would gladly stay again.

The house was perfect- spacious and beautiful! Ballycastle was an ideal location from which to explore the Antrim Coast, and this property is a right in the middle between the harbor and town center. Pheobe was extremely responsive, both before and after our arrival. We could not have asked for more from our host! Thanks Pheobe, and we hope to be back some time in the future!

Phoebe was an amazing host, welcoming us with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine, put out special baby items for our 1 year old, made us feel welcome and at home instantly. It was the perfect place for our family of 3 boys. We were either on the beach after a day of sightseeing or the two playgrounds all within a 2 minute walk. It was a perfect place to relax, cook, and unwind. Loved the home, loved the natural beauty of the area. We will be back!
